if you like, or If you'd rather have a refund, we'll take care of that, too.
Return/Exchange: A return and exchange form is enclosed with every package
Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning.
Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another item.
If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit.
